I almost didn’t walk into this CrossFit gym because I thought I wasn’t “strong” or “fit” enough for CrossFit workouts… and was intimidated tbh

 2.5 Years later, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.When I started, I couldn’t do a single pull-up. Today I can do 13 unbroken, I’ve learned Olympic lifts, traditional lifts, chest-to-bar (crazier pullups), and I’m now working on bar muscle-ups. And while the physical strength improvements have been amazing, it’s the confidence, mental toughness, and friendships I’ve gained along the way.

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.
During your OnRamp Session(s) we will evaluate where you are at and teach you the fundamentals to get you ready to jump into your first class!

What is your drop-in policy?

$25 Drop-In Fee

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose, while many athletes will come 5-6 days a week. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes, we offer our WaveFit option that provides a high-intensity workout with simplified movements alongside our CrossFit class, as well as open gym, personal training, Tween Classes, Camps, and Nutrition Coaching.
